However, the plot revolves round a young doctor who goes to Uganda on a medical mission. Fortunately (or unfortunately), he becomes the personal physician of the new President (after a military coup). The ensuing drama is the picture. Unlike the previous films on Idi Amin, gorgeous scenes of tortures and murders are avoided. people only talk about them. Nice movie!
RISE AND FALL OF IDI AMIN: This old film can be called as a complement to the previous film. Can a human being behave like this? More than 2,00,000 ugandans were put to death in the hey-days of Idi Amin. Gorgeous scenes. Unmentionable!

4 months 3 weeks ago uligrace says : Casablanca is a classic movie. It captures the atmosphere of the second world war with rare intelligence and craftmanship. Humphrey Bogart accomplished one of his memorable works in this film and so did Ingrid Bergman. The soundtrack is probably one of the major attractions of the film. Many people who watch the film years ago may have forgotten what it is about but they certainly remenber the song "as Time goes by" which is central to the story.
